Our programs provide assessment, training, vocational development, and employment support to individuals with cognitive, social, physical, mental health, and learning disabilities who are seeking sustainable employment. Select a program below to learn more.

Employment Training

Our Employment Training Program is available to adults referred by a referral agent, and provides assistance with pre- and post-employment skills and activities.

Vocational Assessment

Vocational Assessments identify barriers to employment and help us develop a training plan that recognizes the social, emotional, and physical needs of our clients.

Supported Employment

Our Supported Employment program is designed for persons with multiple barriers to employment including cognitive, social, physical, mental health, and learning disabilities.

PAES®

The Practical Assessment Exploration System (PAES®) provides individuals with the knowledge and experience for career success. The PAES program is open to those who are diagnosed or self-identify as an individual living with a disability or barriers to employment.
