Practical Assessment Exploration System (PAES®)
The Practical Assessment Exploration System (PAES®) provides individuals with the knowledge and experience for career success. The PAES program is open to those who are diagnosed or self-identify as an individual living with a disability or barriers to employment.
The PAES program has been developed with hands-on assessment tools, employment-based workshops, and community observations.
The PAES assessment identifies functional skill levels, career interest, aptitude for community-based employment, and work behaviour strengths and barriers to success. Clients who complete PAES know what they are good at, where their strengths are, have work-related problem-solving skills, know proper work behaviors needed on the job and what careers interest them.
